Policies


  • Moose Gardens is a non-smoking B&B. However, smoking is permitted outside on the private bedroom balconies and on the main decks and grounds.

  • Well-behaved children are always welcome at Moose Gardens.

  • Sorry, but since a dog and cat reside on the premises, we can't accommodate additional pets.

  • Check-in time is flexible, just let us know when to expect you.

  • Check-out time is noon unless other arrangements have been made.

  • Reservations are secured with a credit card number or check for 50% of the total stay.

  • Should cancellation be necessary, please let us know as soon as possible. Deposits are refunded in full with notice up to 7 days in advance of arrival date.

  • With cancellation notice of 7 days or less, the full amount is forfeit unless the room is rebooked. Guests are responsible for all nights reserved.

  • Moose Gardens Bed and Breakfast is open all year round.

  • Summer rates apply May 1 – September 30; Winter rates from October 1 – April 30.

  • Rates are based on 2 person occupancy.

  • Please add $15 per additional person per night.

  • Receive a 5% discount for payments made in cash.

  • A discount of 5% is also offered for stays of 7 days or more.

  • Cash, Traveler's Checks, personal checks, VISA, MasterCard and American Express are all accepted means of payment.
